Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with end users.
• Strong phone, computer, and data entry skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of electronic schooling.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities is a plus.
• Technical writing and test scripting skills
• Comply with applicable state, provincial and federal regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Applicants will need to pass a thorough background screening and drug test

Responsibilities

• Daily performance testing, system initialization, monitoring tote computer operations and end-of-day reports.
• Input of all information to the system, and for making any manual adjustments required insuring that the system operates properly.
• Maintenance of communication links to track locations.
• Executing established procedures in emergency situations.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Opening up wagers and locking out wagers.
• Manual merge procedures in the absence of the Manager.
• Works with mutuel representative and judges to receive proper reports.
