You will handle the full production cycle from mixing to packaging, maintain sanitation, complete production records, and work with supervisors to resolve issues in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience operating tortilla machines or similar.
• Experience in food production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor tortilla-making machines and adjust settings for quality.
• Manage the tortilla production process from mixing to packaging.
• Maintain inventory of masa harina, water, salt, oil and finished products.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations and keep area clean.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor product quality and adjust as needed for consistency.
• Package finished tortillas with proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervision.
• Communicate production issues promptly to supervisors and colleagues.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE; assist with other tasks as needed.
