Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year experience in the tortillería department or in machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Cook Nixtamal; operate the mill (dough); package, count and even up tortillas.
• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Learn all products’ names and prices used in the Tortillería department.
• Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Set up and operate machines according to blueprints and specifications.
