Job summary

Dollywood Theme Park is seeking a Ticket Team Member to ensure guests have a seamless entry experience. You will process ticket sales and season passes, handle payments, and assist guests with questions at the gate and at turnstiles.

The role requires friendly communication, accuracy with transactions, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Training and safety standards are provided, with opportunities to support multiple park zones.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Able to operate admissions POS, turnstiles, scanners, phones, copier, and calculator.
• Able to learn computer, scanning equipment, and printer equipment.
• Must pass a typing test (25 wpm or greater).
• Offers of employment contingent on onboarding, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly interactions; exceed expectations.
• Sell tickets and season passes using the computerized system.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Issue discounted and complimentary tickets per policy; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Assist with ticket scanning and gate operations; verify passes and re-entry rules.
