Job summary

Dollywood Theme Park is seeking an Attractions Team Member B for a part-time seasonal role. You will be responsible for safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and line speed across assigned attractions, operating ride controls and enforcing safety rules to ensure a positive guest experience.

The position requires minimum ages, basic computer skills, and completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Outdoor work in varied weather is expected, with flexible hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 for Grouper roles and 16 for ride operator roles.
• Must be at least 18 for high-thrill attractions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride controls and control panels in all weather.
• Communicate and enforce safety rules.
• Assist guests during boarding and evacuations.
• Inspect safety equipment prior to use.
• Maintain cleanliness of ride/attraction daily.
• Complete safety paperwork daily.
• Learn and enforce centralized measuring guidelines.
• Adapt to varying hours and locations as needed.
