Washington Nationals is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller for the 2027 season at Nationals Park. The role focuses on maximizing ticket sales and delivering outstanding customer service at the ticket windows, including processing single game and future event ticket sales and Will Call distribution.

Ideal candidates are energetic, engaging, and sales-focused, with the ability to assist with digital ticketing issues and answer questions about policies, ballpark events, promotions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm at the ticket windows.
• Demonstrate knowledge of promotions, discounts, pricing, and ballpark policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patron conflicts and complaints.
• Use Tickets.com to maximize ticket sales and process game and parking requests.
• Troubleshoot ticketing issues (print-at-home, Ballpark app) and assist with digital ticketing questions.
• Assist in daily box office upkeep and help with crowd management and line control.
• Handle cash and credit payments and balance receipts nightly.
