H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to interview clients in-person and virtually, prepare complete and accurate federal and state tax returns, and help grow the client base by offering additional products and services.

You will work with an experienced team providing advanced tax training and support, enabling you to build lasting client relationships while meeting IRS requirements and continuing education obligations.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (note: Circular 230; audit representation per certification)

Responsabilités

• Complete tax interviews with clients using in-person and virtual channels
• Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and entities
• Upsell additional products and services to clients and drive client retention
• Provide IRS support including tax notices and audit representations as allowed by certifications
