Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide expert support through training and resources.

You will conduct client interviews (in person and virtually), prepare complete tax returns, and contribute to client growth and retention while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's in accounting and CPA/EA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
