Preferred candidates have a CPA or EA designation, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and 5+ years in accounting/tax. This role supports client growth and may involve virtual interviews.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or higher
