H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and to benefit from advanced tax training. You’ll interview clients, prepare returns, and contribute to client growth while working with a supportive team.

Franchise operations may vary by location; required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field and CPA/EA certification. Prior tax experience is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
