Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to help clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships with the support of an expert team and advanced tax training.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA or EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Prior experience with virtual interviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have completed tax interviews with clients (in-person or virtual).
• Ability to prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Experience generating business growth and increasing client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS support and manage notice services as needed.
