Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and deliver advanced tax training to ensure success.

You’ll build client relationships that grow stronger year after year and work with an expert team to prepare complete, accurate tax returns. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and experience with complex returns.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
