H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, backed by advanced training from an expert team. You will conduct tax interviews and prepare returns using virtual tools, while growing the client base and ensuring IRS support.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA/EA, and 5+ years of accounting/tax experience; strong communication and mentorship are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
