Qualifications

• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and IRS support services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS support; represent on notices for certain levels.
• Mentor and support teammates.
