Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face or via virtual tools, prepare complete and accurate returns, drive business growth, and mentor teammates while upholding IRS requirements.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s in accounting, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and 5+ years in accounting or tax.

Qualificações

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support, including tax notices and audit representation where applicable
• Mentor and support teammates
