H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You'll work with a supportive team and receive advanced training to build confidence in delivering accurate returns.

You'll conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, and seek opportunities to grow business and client relationships while adhering to IRS requirements. Previous tax experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher

Responsabilités

• Interview clients for tax information and document collection, in person or virtually.
• Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and complex scenarios.
• Support clients with IRS notices and audit-related needs.
• Collaborate with team to grow client base and cross-sell services.
