H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You will work with an expert team, receive advanced tax training, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

The role emphasizes conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, and supporting clients with IRS matters. It also involves mentoring teammates and driving service growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
