You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, and drive client growth by retaining clients and offering additional services, using in-person and virtual tools. The role requires strong communication skills, a CPA/EA credential or progress toward one, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within an independent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is required or preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
