Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to interview clients, prepare tax returns, and provide IRS support. You will contribute to growing the client base while delivering accurate tax services and mentoring teammates in a fast-paced franchise environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, plus CPA/EA certification and experience with virtual tax interviews. Franchised office with independent hiring decisions.

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services

• Mentor and support teammates
