Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional who will prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations, including individual and business returns, and conduct in-depth client interviews to tailor recommendations.

You will build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service, identify tax savings opportunities, provide IRS support and audit guidance, and collaborate with a team in a welcoming, in-person office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience with individual and business tax returns.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
