Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse clients (individuals and businesses).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
