In-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with an incentive plan based on impact. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, provide guidance on notices, and help clients navigate complex tax situations including individual and business returns.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields, incl. individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Strong communication skills to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and changes.
