Qualifikationen

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1 year+ experience in tax prep, accounting, or bookkeeping with individual/business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements
• HS diploma or GED is required
