Qualifications

• 1+ year of tax prep or related experience.
• Experience with individual and business returns.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education and requirements.
• In-person, at a local H&R Block tax office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Interview clients to understand financial situations and tax implications.
