You will conduct client interviews to understand financial situations, explain tax concepts clearly, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with team members to deliver empathetic, consultative service.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of required HR Block tax knowledge assessments or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field including individual and business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts simply
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses
