You will interview clients, build trusted relationships, and take advantage of tax savings opportunities and H&R Block products, with industry-leading training and a competitive hourly rate. This in-person role offers opportunity to grow in tax.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet continuing education & IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and life changes, then provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
