Qualifications

• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience in client-facing advisory role
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients
• Must meet IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and implications
