You will be a trusted advisor delivering personalized recommendations, supported by industry-leading training and technology, with a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan based on impact. Formación

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax-related experience including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations, life changes, and tax implications, then provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
