• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Strong communication to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations
• Provide personalized tax-saving recommendations and cross-sell HR Block products
• Offer IRS support, tax notices, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office
