H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced tax training. You’ll build relationships with clients while leveraging an expert support team to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting or related fields, CPA/EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. You will conduct interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the practice while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; audit/notice services where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
