Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in accounting or related field and CPA/EA certification, with 5+ years in accounting/tax. This role involves mentoring teammates and driving client growth in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have conducted tax interviews (face-to-face or via virtual tools).
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (audit representation where applicable)
• Mentor and support teammates
