H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll conduct tax interviews in person and via video/phone/chat, prepare complete returns, and support clients with IRS notices while growing the client base with additional services.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to gather tax information and document responses
• Prepare and review complete tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships
• Identify opportunities to grow business and retain clients through added services
• Assist clients with IRS notices and requests as needed
