Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities

• Serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team, with advanced tax training provided
• Prepare and file complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct tax interviews with clients via in-person and virtual tools
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and retain clients by offering additional services
