Responsibilities include conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, generating business growth, and providing IRS support. A CPA/EA certification is preferred, with strong communication and mentorship abilities essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience completing individual, trust and partnership returns.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• CPA or EA certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
