H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs under the guidance of an expert team. You will receive advanced tax training to help you succeed in a fast-paced advisory role.

The position emphasizes conducting tax interviews, preparing accurate returns, and driving client growth while expanding service offerings. Prior CPA/EA certification and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 rules apply) and audit representation as applicable
• Complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS/state requirements
