H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll receive advanced tax training and work with an expert team to ensure quality service.

You will conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and assist clients with IRS notices. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and CPA/EA certification, with strong interpersonal and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet IRS/state requirements
