Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Ability to interview clients and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet state IRS/Continuing Education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and recommend solutions.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
