H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to provide client services and tax return preparation at a local tax office in Georgia. Training is provided; you will work directly with clients to gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions while building skills and relationships.

Ideal candidates have completed the HR Block Income Tax Course or possess relevant customer-service experience. Availability for evenings/weekends during tax season is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based platforms including Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities
