Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to interview clients in person or virtually, prepare complete tax returns, and help grow the client base with additional products and services.

You will work with a team that provides advanced tax training and support to ensure accuracy and success. The role requires a strong background in accounting or tax, CPA/EA certification, and experience with complex returns.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
