H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, supported by an expert team and advanced tax training. You will conduct tax interviews in person and via virtual tools, prepare returns, and aim to grow client relationships through additional services.

Preferred certifications and experience with complex returns, tax planning, and audit support are valued.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification

Experience completing complex returns

Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax

Experience conducting virtual tax interviews

Experience with tax planning and audit support

Sales and/or marketing experience
