H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll build relationships with clients and work with an expert team to deliver advanced tax training you’ll need to be successful.

This role emphasizes conducting tax interviews (in person and virtually), preparing complete and accurate returns, and supporting clients with IRS issues. You’ll mentor teammates and contribute to business growth while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable (Circular 230)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
