This role emphasizes building strong client relationships and delivering accurate tax returns in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct tax interviews using video, phone or chat tools, prepare returns, and provide IRS support while aiming to grow business and client retention.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Must complete continuing education and meet all IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing
