H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to advise clients and prepare complete, accurate tax returns. You’ll interview clients in person or virtually, generate growth, and offer additional products and services while mentoring teammates.

Completion of required IRS-related training is expected, with ongoing education requirements. The role emphasizes serving diverse tax needs within a fast-paced environment and requires strong communication skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
