WNA CPAs is seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Manager to lead reviews of individual and business returns during the filing season while mentoring staff and delivering high-quality client service.

This role offers flexible scheduling with hybrid or remote work options, significant autonomy over client relationships, and an emphasis on accuracy and proactive tax guidance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in public accounting and strong communication under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with recent tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge across individual and business returns.
• Attention to detail, high accuracy, and organized work style.
• Ability to work independently with discretion on confidential client information.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns during the filing season.
• Perform quality control by reviewing team work and coaching staff.
• Manage engagement schedules and time budgets; ensure on-time completion.
• Conduct tax research and document conclusions; stay updated on tax law changes.
