Job summary

Savant Wealth Management is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to support the Accounting and Business Advisory Team during the busy tax season, preparing federal and state returns for individuals and business clients. You will communicate clearly with tax staff, advisors, and leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role is seasonal, hourly, and offers either remote work or an office-based arrangement in the Savant network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field (Accounting preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in individual tax preparation.
• Pursuing or active CPA or EA license preferred.
• Experience in reviewing returns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-line preparation of federal and state tax returns for individuals and for corporate, partnership, fiduciary clients.
• Communicate clearly with tax staff, advisors and senior level management to address client needs and ensure accuracy.
• Develop proficiency with software used for tax, paperless document storage and workflow.
