Collective Hub, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Compliance Manager to join our Tax team during the peak season. You’ll manage a portfolio of members and work closely with leadership to deliver accurate federal and state tax returns.

This role offers flexibility for experienced tax professionals, including the option to manage your own book, work seasonally, or avoid year-round commitments. If you're an active CPA/EA/JD, with multi-state tax knowledge, apply to join our small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active CPA, EA, or JD in state of residency.
• 3–5 years of experience preparing, signing, and filing returns.
• Experience with Forms 1040 and 1120-S; plus 1065 and Schedules C, E, SE is a plus.
• Strong technical proficiency with cloud-based tax tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines and high return volume.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Understand clients’ financial background and goals and help identify optimization opportunities.
• Review, deliver, sign, and file federal and state tax returns, including Forms 1040 and 1120-S.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and their impact on compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to address complex tax-related issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on tax matters and return completion.
