Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Five or more years of public accounting experience with recent tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge.

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
• Ensure filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.
• Perform detailed reviews of the team’s work to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to preparers and seniors.
• Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients throughout the season.
• Effectively manage schedule and project time budgets.
• Anticipate and communicate budget issues and identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability.
• Perform tax research when necessary and document conclusions.
