Qualifications

• Must explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Experience with individual and business returns a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive office environment.
