The role emphasizes clear explanations, identifying savings opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. You will use digital tools, including AI-based assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT, to enhance accuracy and efficiency, with training and support from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Able to use AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting/finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
