Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment

• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent
